Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and may only be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

To request cancellation, please contact RAAHI customer support as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to applicable shipping or return charges.
